We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all our software products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the refund request.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized software services and one-on-one consultations are non-refundable. Products purchased through third-party vendors or resellers are not eligible for a refund through Euka AI.

Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions to our AI marketing tools and services can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for mid-period cancellations.

By opting in to SMS notifications from EUKA, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages related to account updates and campaign opportunities. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the platform.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
