Euka Creator Contest Official Rules

1) Acceptance & Agreement

• By joining a contest, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Euka Platform Terms, and the specific contest brief set by the Brand.
• If you do not agree, do not join or participate in the contest.

2) Contest Overview

• Each contest is sponsored and administered by Euka AI, Inc., the developer of the Euka app.
• The Brand sets the contest brief and prize amounts, provides the prizes, and ships any product samples.
• Prizes are earned by posting videos on TikTok that meet the contest requirements and, where the contest says so, by generating sales on TikTok Shop. Any prize awarded by random draw is described on that contest's page.

3) Participation Requirements

• Review the contest brief carefully before joining.
• Follow all rules, deadlines, and content requirements set by the Brand.
• If samples are provided, post only after receiving and using the actual product.
• Ensure your account information (email, payout details, TikTok handle) is accurate to receive potential rewards.

4) Content & Compliance

• All content must be original, authentic, and comply with applicable FTC disclosure laws (e.g., include "#ad" or use platform partnership tools when applicable).
• Do not make false, misleading, or unverified product claims.
• Your content must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Euka's Content Standards (no illegal, hateful, explicit, or unsafe content).
• You may not use copyrighted music, images, or footage without proper rights or permission.

5) Attribution & Measurement

• GMV, sales, and performance data will be based on the connected TikTok Shop or commerce platform.
• Video views, engagement, and CPM results are calculated using each platform's official metrics. Due to the limitations of the platform's API, the metrics may have slight discrepancies and delays up to 48 hours.
• Leaderboards and dashboards on Euka are for visibility only and may experience short delays or verification updates.

6) Rewards & Payments

• Rewards are determined by the contest's rules and verified performance results.
• Prizes are funded by the Prize Provider and paid either directly by the Brand or through Euka, as shown on the contest page.
• Creators should contact the Brand's Point of Contact (POC) directly for any payment or reward-related issues.
• Any disputes must be raised with the Brand first, and if unresolved, reported to Euka for review.
• Spam posting, duplicate content, or artificially boosted content (including paid engagement or non-organic traffic) may be disputed by the Brand and result in no reward being issued, even if the content meets posting requirements.

7) Communication

• Contest-related communication (sample requests, posting confirmation, payments) happens directly between the Creator and the Brand.
• The Brand's contact email (POC) will be displayed on the contest and payout pages for all inquiries.
• Euka does not mediate communication or provide customer support for brand-specific contests.

8) Disqualification & Misconduct

You may be disqualified from a contest or have your Euka account restricted if you:

• Post false, plagiarized, or misleading content.
• Use bots, fake engagement, or artificial traffic to manipulate metrics.
• Engage in spam posting (excessive low-quality posts), upload duplicate content, or use paid boosting services to inflate results.
• Fail to meet posting requirements after receiving a product sample.
• Violate contest rules, platform policies, or these Terms.
• Any such actions may lead to disqualification and loss of rewards at the Brand's discretion.

9) Privacy & Data

• Euka processes your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• By joining a contest, you agree that your name, handle, and performance metrics may be visible on public leaderboards.
• Your contact information will not be shared publicly, except where required for prize payment or communication with the Brand.

10) Liability & Disclaimer

• Prize payment depends on the Prize Provider funding the prize. Euka is not liable for a Prize Provider's failure to fund a prize, but will help creators pursue payment.
• Your participation is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with content creation and contest participation.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California under JAMS rules.
